Phone systems, Internet access (negotiate with your neighbor), rent, even computers (I negotiate with Dell on the phone). You can find help just about anywhere." I agree 100%. It's not whether you have the money or not, what's more important is whether you have the idea, commitment and willingness to start up a business. I know, I have been there and done that... without needing money to get started.
